House Season 1 Episode 3, Occam's Razor
It deals with a 22-year-old male patient Brandon. Brandon had sex with the person whom he was set to marry in a short period of the time. Before the time of having sex, he had some problems, which were related to the pain in the skin due to the presence of the rashes and was also suffering from the condition of soughs, which caused discomforts in the body of the Brandon. After the time he has sex with the girl whom he was set to marry, he developed some severe pains in the regions of the abdomen, severe coughs, feeling of vomiting, giddiness and many other health complications.
Brandon came to consultation in the house hospital, where he was referred to the Dr. Cameron. After doing some initial consultation and also after doing some amount of the initial tests. The tests did not reveal any information about the illness he had developed in the body. Dr. Cameron advices that the treatment should be given in order to stop the low blood pressure and then bring it to the normal level so that he will be able to show amount of the improvements in the body as soon as possible.

Then it was the turn of the Dr. Foreman to inspect the body of the Brandon, Dr. Foreman suggests that the antibiotics, which were given to the body of the Brandon, will make it possible for the kidney to close and it won’t be functioning in the way it is designed to work. So Dr. Foreman suggests that the doctors should minimize the dependence of giving the antibiotics to the patients so tat his chance of recovery will improve in a much better way. Then it is the turn of the Dr. House to look at the case of the Brandon, he suggests that the patient will be suffering from combination of two illnesses, which are the sinus and the thyroid condition.
While Dr. House is unable to wait for the results, he wants to continue to treat the patient for the condition of the sinus. Dr. Foreman is still not convinced by the efforts of the Dr. House and he strongly tells that the patient will not be suffering from the issue, which is due to the combined effect of the thyroid and the sinus problems. But the patient shows some improvement in his health conditions in the general aspect but the illness of the cough does not get stopped at all.
Dr. Foreman claims that treating the patient for both of these conditions will be very dangerous just because the patient will not be suffering with this and this will possible lead to the trouble of the liver of the patient and might well lead to the death of the patient if this treatment is continues to the patient. After doing a lot research it is found that the Brandon was into the habits of taking drugs in the past history, which led to the deterioration of the health condition. After an appropriate treatment to this problem, Brandon will be fine.
