Summary of House Season 1 Episode 10, Histories

The tenth episode of the medical drama is titled as the histories since it mainly deals with history of the person. A woman who is homeless tries to enter the party in search of a person called as James, but since she does not have money to pay to enter the rave party, which costs around twenty dollars, she is refused to get into the party. But with some very pleading efforts the person allows the woman to enter into the rave party.

Unfortunately for her the cops who were inside the party hall had checked her and she was found illegal to enter into this party since she did not carry an appropriate id card into this party hall and moreover the woman did not know her name also. These situations made the woman to be chucked out from the party hall.

She then came into hospital for the cases of lesion on the skin of her hand and also her wrist was not in a proper shape. Dr. Wilson first looked into this case and then advised Dr. Foreman to look into this issue. But foreman was not able to find her name in the id card and also foreman was not at all interested in getting the case of the woman in his hands and he was little frustrated that she got this case into his hands.

Then Dr. Foreman checked the purse of the woman who came into the hospital for the possession of the insulin to check whether she is suffering form the situation of the diabetes. But these checking efforts did not help the doctor. Then Dr. Wilson made it a point to ask for the second say of the doctor house. Dr. House was much interested in knowing about the history of the woman rather than dealing with the case of the woman to solve her medical problems. Dr. House was very much interested and curious in knowing who James is and how is she related to James.

It is very important to note that the Dr. Foreman violated the rules of medical practice by putting down the name of the patients to continue with the treatment of the woman since it is not possible for to treat the patient without knowing the identity. Then Dr. Foreman had put the patient that is the woman on the MRI scan and the result showed that she was having some pin on the arm. But the doctor had to pull the MRI scan off since the identity of the woman is not yet known.

Then the pin in the arm of the woman is taken out and from the details which is found in the pin, it is learnt that the patients name is Victoria Matson and one of the newspaper clipping shows that the car which the Victoria was driving along with the friends pails and James in which both of her friends die in the crash, ever since she was searching for James. Them Dr. Foreman portrays himself as Paul and gets near to the bed of the Victoria where she gets very emotional and feels a lot and finally seeks a apology.
