In Season 6, Cuddy finally expressed her feelings for House, something we have been waiting for since the first episode. That revelation will guarantee a thrilling season.

Also, another mystery was left after Season 6: Thirteen (played by Olivia Wilde), aka Dr. Remy Hadley, has had Huntington’s, but now she is feeling the symptoms. She left a note in the Season 6 Finale and acted as if she were leaving—will she be back for Season 7?
