No More Mr. Nice Guy is one of the episodes of ‘House’, 83rd episode in the fourth season of the serial. This episode has the specialty because this was the episode which as shot just after the strike by American Writers Guild. No More Mr. Nice Guy was telecasted starting 28th April 2008.
No More Mr. Nice Guy is known to have very good rating in the television serials and also favorite for most of the viewers. The episode had around 14 million viewers. No More Mr. Nice Guy was certified as the second most watched program on TV. The television critics also gave mixed views and critics for the episode. The viewers groups were also varied and wide.

The plot is very interesting and very creative. The nurse union is under strike; Deb is one of the nurses. Her husband falls sick at this time and put into the emergency room of the hospital where Deb works, he is Jeff. There Dr. House meets Jeff and he is amazed by his niceness and suspects that is the reason for his illness. Dr. House feels that Jeff unable to get angry in any situation and feels that is the reason for all the mess that he is into. Through various tests the other teams in the hospital suspects Jeff is suffering from Syphilis which had made him nicer even in the worst situations. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease.
So doubts rise on Deb and Jeff whether either of them had sexual affair other their partners, but the couple love each other denies the possibility of external affair with anyone. Further to create interest, Dr. House swaps the blood samples of his and created a sensation that he is also suffering from Syphilis and says that is the reason for his unfriendliness. But then later he tried to transform into a nice and kind person and pretends to take penicillin for the syphilis and whatever is prescribed by his colleagues. All the other doctors fall for his trick.
This goes on for some time and there are other characters in the hospital those are against Dr. House and lot more happening between them. Some people like Cuddy and the team knows that Dr. House has been faking the other members in the hospital. At some time when Dr. House does not listen to Cuddy, the faking of Syphilis by Dr. House comes out. This leads to doubt by Kutner whether Jeff might have received the Syphilis disease from the parasites that resides in jungles and starts investigating on this side.
After few results, Kutner confirms that the parasite has acquired the brain of Jeff and started making behave differently, making him kinder than normal human being and the shift in his personality of a normal behavior. At last, the episode ends like Jeff telling his wife on something that he doesn’t like revealing to the audience that he is cured of the strange disease. Jeff starts wondering about his other disliking and starts going on with his life.
