Watch House Season 5, Episode 6, Joy
House is an American drama series and it is produced by David shore and Bryan singer. This series is about Dr Gregory house, a medical genius who has a set of diagnosticians who have different techniques for initial diagnosis which usually goes wrong. Hugh Laurie did the role of Dr House, Lisa Edelstein as cuddy, Omar Epps as Dr Foreman, Jennifer Morrison as Dr. Cameron.
Episode 92 of this series is titled as “joy” which is written by Deran Sarafian and it is directed by David Hoselton. In this episode the team takes the case of a man called jerry who is suffering serious recurring blackouts and time elapse. He is also found to have the problem of sleep walking. One day his daughter leaves to school and he realizes that she is back home within few seconds. He finds his coffee mug missing and questions his daughter why she is home. After her response he finds the time to be 4:30 in the noon.

This incident makes him to realize his problem of time elapse. He consults Dr. Foreman and he finds him to be a somnambulist and he decides to trail him during sleep walking. Cuddy gives this case to Dr. House. They find him to buy cocaine when he is asleep and the cocaine which he bought was found it was cut with lactose. So Dr. House finds to be lactose intolerant. He also discovers that he starts to sweat blood and meanwhile his kidney fails. When his daughter is approached for his kidney transplant she was found to suffer from the same problem. Meanwhile Cuddy meets Becca from whom she is supposed to get a baby which is due in 3 weeks.
Cuddy finds Becca to have some strange rash on her skin. This condition is abnormal and cuddy decides to treat it and approaches doctor skin. On examination they discovered that the baby inside is suffering from a serious lung problem which might affect the mother during delivery of the baby. Dr. Cameron decides the mother to undergo steroidal treatment which might lead to sub urinal bleeding. But Cuddy was serious in delivering the baby. Dr. House insults her motives and asks her to save the mother instead of saving a baby with poor lungs. After consulting with Becca they decide to deliver the baby.
Everyone is surprised because the baby was delivered without any difficulties and it was found to cry properly which revealed that its lungs were fine. Cuddy was very happy and named the baby as joy. Meanwhile when jerry was analyses he was supposed to be from Mediterranean origin. So the doctor predicts his problem a familial Mediterranean fever. Dr. House treats him with proper medication and he and his daughter are found to be alright. Cuddy’s baby also became alright and Becca is not ready to give the baby to Cuddy.
Heart broken Cuddy tells this to Dr. House who then comments her to be a great mother. This surprises Cuddy and asks Dr. House an explanation for such a response. Dr. House gave a quiet response that he doesn’t know what he does and bids her a good night with a pleasant smile.
