House is a popular American medical drama series which is composed of many episodes of different directors and writers. In this the twenty fourth episode story is human error. This episode also revolves around the medical description diseases and syndrome. The director of this episode is Katie Jacobs. And the writer of this episode is Thomas S. Moran and Lawrence kaplaw. The disease discussed in this episode is congenital heart defect.
Katie Jacob is a famous American producer and director. She together with her husband runs a production company. The name of their company is heel and toe films. The production company currently produces fox series and formerly had produced many successful series one of them are century city. Jacob made her directorial debut on the series house. She has done two episodes and had worked on the third episode. She has been nominated for three Emmy awards for best direction and she is currently engaged in many television series. Some of them are the softer side, big baby, painless.

This episode exclusively has two writers among them Lawrence kaplaw is a famous writer. Lawrence known as Larry is an American writer and producer notable for his work on the series of fox. He has won the 2005 writer’s guild award for the best television script for his work in the series of house exclusively for the episode of autopsy.
In addition to house Larry has penned for the series hack, family law, and k-Ville. He quitted house for the developmental reasons after the third season and returned back.
A Cuban couple has been rescued after great difficulty of drowning in the ocean. The couple has traveled to United States to see house for the treatment of the young lady, wife of esteban (marina). Dr. House dismissed the statement of chase‘s belief of infection. House along with foreman realizes it as a cancer. Dr. Chase was held angry with house as he was easily driven away by foreman’s words hence later he confronts house in his office.
When Dr. House visited the young lady to check her health condition she noticed that her pulse rate has fallen but she talks and breathes without any difficulty. Dr. Wilson believed that the heart failure was because of the human error on foreman’s part. After several hours of CPR, Cuddy forces house perform bypass. In the mean time a surgeon declared that the marina was dead and said that her husband can say good bye. Suddenly marina wakes up a day and house suspects it as a congenital defect in artery. Dr. House suggests for an angiogram and realizes that she has unnecessary ostium which could be fixed in surgery. The story then goes as both esteban and Dr. House meet personally when marina was sleeping and discuss how they feel as their team is leaving. And again Dr. House continues to play the guitar in contrary to Dr. Wilson’s earlier assertion.
This episode was originally aired on May 29th 2007. The episode goes interesting during the medical description of marina’s health condition and their discussion about the bypass surgery.
