The eighty seventh episodes of House medical series was world famous because of the best quality and performance of the troop. Even though different writer and director handled each and every episode of this they made it grand success each and every time. This was telecasted on 16th September 2008 which belongs to the season 5. The director is Deran Safaran and the writer is Eli Attie. The topic dealt in this episode is related to leprosy. This director has done many other similar projects which gained him much popularity and reorganization. Eli Attie was known to many as both writer and as political operator. He is from New York basically and he has been chief speech writer for many United States president and vice presidents.

The scene starts with the character Lou on screen which was played by Christine Woods who was shown as 37 years old lady. She was joining an active female participant in service and she worked as assistant to her and was moving through out the globe round the clock. At one such time during the meeting, she suddenly began to do things differently with out her knowledge. Then she was taken to hospital were she was under the in vigilance of house.
First they thought it was a psychiatric problem but then after a complete and thorough check up by foremen he reported that she also has severe pain in the abdominal pain and anemia. Then Dr. House asked his team member to conduct a test to verify the vitamin B12 deficiency. In the mean while, they conducted for pregnancy test which resulted in positive but while tracing out the fetus with the help of uterine ultra sound they failed to succeed. Then Dr. House came to the decision that it is ectopic pregnancy that is fetus have landed in the intestine which is the reason for heavy blood loss of patient.
Since the case is very critical and further development of fetus threatens the survival of Lou, they decided to terminate the developing fetus. After the surgery, they found that the heart beating rate to be still low leading to cardiac arrest. Thirteen predicted that it may be due to multiple sclerosis and there was no improvement in the treatment added to that they realized the development of fever in Lou. They were very clear that surgeries have caused infection and they noticed the nodule in the intestinal arena of Lou.
So in order to remove that, they decided for another surgery but chase stopped their action stating the patient will find very hard to sustain after the next surgery. At that time, Dr. House noticed some sorts of bruises on the leg region which made him to think a little and found that it is due to leprosy and he suggested for few antibiotics and other medicines to find right solution for all those problems. After treatment for specified time period, she become normal and thirteen who expressed his disbelief in her recovery now changed his view regarding this matter.
