  • Lisa Cuddy is the hospital's chief administrator. She is also the dean of medicine, a member of the Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital Board, and a member of the organ transplant committee. Her specialty is in endocrinology. She and Dr. House frequently butt heads over Dr. House's unorthodox techniques and recklessness.
• James Wilson, played by Robert Sean Leonard
  • James Wilson is the head of the department of oncology, a member of the Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital Board and a member of the organ transplant committee. His specialty is Oncology. He is Dr. House's best friend but he is constantly trying to change Dr. House's bad habits. He is frequently criticized for helping Dr. House and turning a blind eye to Dr. House's addiction.
• Eric Foreman, played by Omar Epps
  • Eric Foreman is a Physician in the Department of Diagnostic Medicine. He tried running Diagnostic Medicine at Mercy Hospital but was fired for doing things that he used to do under Dr. House's direction. His specialty is in neurology.
• Allison Cameron, played by jennifer Morrison
  • Allison Cameron worked under Dr. House for the first three seasons and is now a physician at the hospital. She is a member of the Budget committee and her specialty is immunology. She briefly had a love interest with Dr. House but is now dating Robert Chase instead.
• Robert Chase, played by Jesse Spencer
  • Robert Chase worked under Dr. House for the first three seasons and is now a surgeon at the hospital. His specialty is Intensive Care Medicine.
• Chris Taub, played by Peter Jacobson
  • Physician under Dr. House in Season Four. His specialty is plastic surgery but he is legally no longer allowed to work in that field due to a non-competition agreement.
• Lawrence Kutner, played by Kal Penn
  • Kutner is a physician working under Dr. House in Season Four. He specializes in sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Cuddy tried to get him eliminated because he is a bit of a hospital risk - he has set himself on fire a few times.
• "Thirteen", played by Olivia Wilde
  • "Thirteen" earned her nickname because Dr. House refused to call her by name when he was eliminating candidates for his staff. She works under Dr. House and her specialty is internal medicine. She refuses to have herself tested for a very serious disease because she does not want to know if she has it, despite Dr. House's prodding.
