Title: Now What?
Summary: As season seven begins, House and Cuddy are exploring the ramifications of those feelings and trying to make a real relationship work. Princeton Plainsboro doesn't have a neurosurgeon on site when a colleague falls ill, which threatens the hospital's accreditation as a Level 1 Trauma Center. The team tries to
get the colleague back to health and back to work. They quickly discover that there is more to the illness than they thought and have to turn to House for help, but House leaves the team on their own.
